R code and data for the paper Cretois et al. 'Identifying and correcting spatial bias in citizen science data for wild ungulates in Norway' For the full description of the scripts and functions please refer to: https://github.com/BenCretois/Cretois_EE_2021 <em><strong>This folder contains:</strong></em> A folder <strong>real_analysis</strong> - which contains all data and scripts to run the analysis: - covariates_moose_roe: contains all the covariates used for analysing moose and roe deer data - covariates_reindeer: contains all the covariates used for analysing wild reindeer data A folder <strong>dataset - </strong>containing all the dataset used in the analysis including all the citizen science observation data and all telemetry data, shared with the agreements of the co-authors. A folder <strong>saved_models:</strong> to save the model in a .rds format, this is done during the analysis, after running the INLA models. A folder <strong>scripts -</strong> contains all the scripts used for the analysis (including plotting).
