Abortive Transcription Gel for Sven paper

Abortive transcription assays of Streptomyces venezuelae RNAP holoenzyme with transcription factors WhiA, WhiB, and RbpA on the sepX promoter. Samples is a triplication experiment with holoenzyme without transcription factors WhiA and WhiB, holoenzyme with only WhiA, holoenzyme with only WhiB, or holoenzyme with both transcription factors, WhiA and WhiB. Data analyzed with ImageJ.委内瑞拉链霉菌（Streptomyces venezuelae）RNA聚合酶全酶（RNAP holoenzyme）结合转录因子WhiA、WhiB与RbpA，在sepX启动子上开展的流产转录检测实验。实验共设置四组三次重复样本体系：仅含RNA聚合酶全酶（无转录因子WhiA与WhiB）、仅添加转录因子WhiA的全酶体系、仅添加转录因子WhiB的全酶体系，以及同时添加转录因子WhiA与WhiB的全酶体系。所有实验数据均通过ImageJ软件完成分析处理。
