Higher-order cycle induced tension

This dataset contains the derived data and code used for the manuscript "Governing digital innovation under uncertainty: Higher-order network embeddedness, collaborative stability, and breakthrough constraints". The package includes the cleaned city-year panel dataset, derived network indicators, higher-order cycle centrality (HOCC) measures, network disintegration metrics, variable definitions, coding schemes, data-processing scripts, figure-generation scripts, and statistical analysis code. The raw patent records used to construct the derived indicators were obtained from a third-party patent database and are not included because they cannot be publicly redistributed due to database licensing restrictions. The shared files provide the derived datasets and documentation necessary to verify the empirical analyses reported in the manuscript.本数据集包含用于学术论文《不确定性下的数字创新治理：高阶网络嵌入性、合作稳定性与突破性约束》的衍生数据与配套代码。该数据包涵盖经清洗后的城市-年度面板数据集、衍生网络指标、高阶循环中心性（higher-order cycle centrality, HOCC）测度、网络解体度量指标、变量定义、编码方案、数据处理脚本、图表生成脚本以及统计分析代码。 用于构建上述衍生指标的原始专利记录取自第三方专利数据库，因受数据库授权许可限制无法公开再分发，故未纳入本数据集。本次共享的文件提供了验证该论文实证分析所需的衍生数据集与文档资料。
