CB2 cannabinoid receptor-specific therapeutic antibody agonists for treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy

Raw data supporting the preprint “CB2 cannabinoid receptor-specific therapeutic antibody agonists for treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy” (DOI: 10.1101/2025.11.26.690750). This dataset includes behavioral, in vitro, and molecular measurements generated to evaluate CB2-targeting antibody agonists (e.g., AB110 and AB120) in models of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. 

The repository contains primary experimental outputs underlying analyses of mechanical and cold hypersensitivity, cytokine and macrophage marker expression, and pharmacological specificity in mouse models, enabling reproducibility and reuse of findings related to CB2-mediated pain modulation.
