Raw Files for "Development and Validation of Targeted Metabolomics Methods Using Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the Quantification of 235 Plasma Metabolites"

The dataset contains raw data files supporting the paper entitled "Development and validation of targeted metabolomics methods using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the quantification of 235 plasma metabolites". 

The data are organized into two separate datasets for both HILIC-MS/MS and RP-MS/MS methods. Each dataset contains 6 samples measured in two dilutions in duplicate during the applicability test.  These samples are plasma samples from different sources, including QC porcine plasma, rat plasma, bovine plasma, chicken plasma, human plasma and NIST reference plasma (also human). Two dilutions of 1:100 and 1:5 (v:v) were employed for each plasma sample except the NIST sample that was additionally diluted 1:400. Detailed information on sample type, dilution and method is provided in the two Excel sheets "HILIC_raw_files_list" and "RP_raw_files_list".
