A Process & Impact Evaluation of the Veterans Moving Forward: Best Practices, Outcomes, and Cost-Effectiveness, United States, 2015-2016

To measure these objectives, a variety of data collection methods were used including program observation; intake, exit, and six-month follow-up surveys with 141 Veterans Moving Forward (VMF) clients; key staff and other deputy surveys and interviews; listening sessions; data compilation from program records to track assessment and service provision; and analysis of archival justice system records for criminal history, rule violation, and recidivism.为衡量本研究设定的各项目标，本研究采用了多种数据收集手段，具体包括：项目现场观察；对141名「前进退伍军人（Veterans Moving Forward，VMF）」服务对象开展入组、退出及六个月随访问卷调查；针对核心工作人员及其他副职人员的调研访谈；意见倾听座谈会；从项目档案中整理数据以追踪评估流程与服务提供情况；以及对司法系统档案记录展开分析，以获取服务对象的犯罪史、违规记录及再犯情况。
