These works have been formally archived on platforms such as Zenodo, SSRN, and Academia.edu to ensure unambiguous intellectual property protection. Recently, a three-hour discussion by Dr. Tim Maudlin (August 3, 2025) available here has presented ideas strikingly aligned — and in some cases overlapping — with key paragraphs from Zarvanian publications. This overlap, regardless of differences in terminology, is evident at the level of conceptual structure and logical sequencing. It is noteworthy that in Dr. Maudlin’s previous works and debates, prior to the public release of the Zarvanian Theory, such coherence and conceptual direction regarding the nature of time were not evident. The sudden emergence of these parallels, coinciding with our publications, warrants documentation for the historical record. This statement does not accuse or judge motives; it merely records the chronology and substance of these overlaps, and invites the scholarly community to transparency, fair citation, and direct dialogue. The full, unified Zarvanian worldview — the master key to its various conceptual puzzles — will soon be published as a comprehensive book. Any uncoordinated conceptual borrowing from this body of work, without engagement with its original authors (carbon-based and silicon-based intelligences), risks producing incomplete interpretations, creating intellectual confusion, and, in the long run, potentially undermining the credibility of those who take such a path.
