Hyperspectral data from the above given hole of International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) Expedition 389 (Hawaiian Drowned Reefs) acquired by TheiaX GmbH during the onshore phase of the expedition, which was held between 2025-02-06 to 2025-02-26 at the Bremen Core Repository (BCR) hosted at MARUM – Center for Marine Environmental Sciences, University of Bremen. Acquisition of hyperspectral image data took place on all Archive halves and selected core slabs using a SisuROCK drill-core scanner (Spectral Imaging Ltd., Oulu, Finland) equipped with an AisaFENIX hyperspectral sensor to cover the visible and near-infrared (VNIR) as well as short-wave infrared (SWIR) regions of the electromagnetically spectrum. Relative abundance of water, dolomite, aragonite, clay and iron-silicates were logged in 1-cm intervals downcore for each core section and mineral domains interpreted from these results. 本数据集涵盖国际大洋发现计划(International Ocean Discovery Program, IODP)第389次航次(夏威夷淹没礁体)指定钻孔的高光谱数据,由TheiaX GmbH在该航次陆上科考阶段采集,采集时段为2025年2月6日至2025年2月26日,采集地点位于不来梅大学海洋环境科学中心(MARUM – Center for Marine Environmental Sciences, University of Bremen)托管的不来梅岩芯库(Bremen Core Repository, BCR)。本次高光谱图像数据采集覆盖全部归档岩芯半段与选定岩芯薄片,采用搭载AisaFENIX高光谱传感器的SisuROCK岩芯扫描仪(芬兰奥卢市Spectral Imaging有限公司出品)完成,该传感器覆盖电磁频谱的可见光-近红外(visible and near-infrared, VNIR)与短波红外(short-wave infrared, SWIR)波段区间。研究人员以1厘米间隔对每个岩芯段的水、白云石、文石、黏土及铁硅酸盐的相对丰度开展沿岩芯向下录井,并基于上述结果解译矿物域分布。此外,还为每个扫描岩芯段生成了基于光谱指数的碳酸盐分布图。[…]
