MPH FilesThe four included COMSOL Multiphysics MPH files were used to obtain all simulation results in this work. To run these files, you need COMSOL Multiphysics v. 6.1 with the following packages installed:AC/DC ModuleCAD Import Module (Simulation 3 only)Design Module (Simulation 4 only)List of files:FEA1_PermMagValidation.mph used for validation in Sec. 2.1.1FEA2_SolenoidValidation.mph used for validation in Sec. 2.1.2FEA3_ExisitingSystemWithPermMags.mph used for validation in Sec. 2.1.3 and methods in Sec. 2.2FEA4_FourCoils.mph used for methods in Sec. 2.3Data Used to Generate FiguresAll data used to generate figures except for the RF data (see below) is provided in AllData.xlsx. When opened in Microsoft Excel, each tab at the bottom corresponds to the relevant figure.RF FilesRaw beamformed RF data files from the Ultrasonix SonixTouch scanner are also included. These constitute the validation data presented in the manuscript. There are three datasets for which the permanent magnets were present ("PermMag") and three more for which the permanent magnets were not present ("NoPermMag"). Each dataset is composed of a "bon" and a "boff" file. These refer to whether the solenoid electromagnets were turned on or off, respectively.These files may be read via the RPread2.m MATLAB function supplied by Ultrasonix Medical Corporation.
