河南省粮食产业大数据智慧管理云平台

一、平台功能：一个集卫星遥感、无人机遥感、物联网以及人工智能技术于一体的智慧粮食安全管理平台。该平台可以通过卫星遥感技术对对区域粮食“分布、面积、单产、长势、品质、种植结构”进行监测，通过卫星遥感及人工智能技术建立健全粮食产业灾害预警与防治体系，通过空天信息大数据技术对粮食质量进行监测和评估，为各地提供“粮食生产功能区遥感监测、非农化非粮化遥感服务、耕地质量等级调查评价”等服务，从而实现对粮食产业的全方位监管和管理。该平台可以帮助政府管理部门提高粮食生产效率，降低生产成本，提高粮食品质和安全性。
二、系统架构：云平台采用SAAS模式，根据用户需求定期数据解译分析，主要为粮食主管部门、粮食生产企业等提供服务。

1. Platform Functions: An intelligent food security management platform integrating satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence technologies. This platform can monitor the "distribution, area, yield per unit, growth status, quality, and planting structure" of regional grain through satellite remote sensing technology. It establishes and improves the early warning and prevention system for grain industry disasters via satellite remote sensing and artificial intelligence technologies. It monitors and evaluates grain quality using aerospace information big data technology, and provides services including "remote sensing monitoring of grain production functional zones, remote sensing services for non-agriculturalization and non-grainization, and investigation and evaluation of cultivated land quality grades" for various regions, thereby realizing all-round supervision and management of the grain industry. This platform can help government management departments improve grain production efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance grain quality and safety.
2. System Architecture: The cloud platform adopts the SaaS mode, and conducts regular data interpretation and analysis according to user needs, mainly providing services for grain competent departments, grain production enterprises and other relevant parties.
