Genome-wide analysis of high glucose regulated genes expression in fully differentiated and polarized CaCo-2 Cells

Cells were grown on collagen coated insert for 21 days under 25mM (high glucose) or 5mM (control) glucose conditions. We investigated relevant target genes that could be regulated by high glucose levels in CaCo-2 cells. We intended to find candidate genes that may play a role for intestinal glucose absorption.
