Rhinichthys osculus Raw sequence reads

This project assesses native biodiversity of Speckled Dace (Rhinichthys osculus) in the western US at varying spatial and temporal scales. Reduced representation genomic techniques (i.e., ddRAD sequencing) allow this to be achieved on an unprecedented scale. Data are used to evaluate historical and contemporary evolutionary processes acting on natural populations that continue to shape biodiversity in the Anthropocene.
