This dataset presents the transfer of toxic substances or waste as points to describe the source of these substances. Transfer data presents the transport of movement of substances to a mandatory reporting transfer destination such as landfills. The data is subdivided into specific substances and transfer location types, therefore a filter for both attributes need to be used when viewing the data.\n\nThis dataset is part of the National Pollutant Inventory Data, the NPI program provides a significant amount of information about emissions to the environment.\n\nFor more information please visit the [Australian Government Data Portal](https://data.gov.au/dataset/npi) and the [NPI](http://www.npi.gov.au/).
