我國戰略性高科技貨品出口實體管理名單

本清單在於協助企業檢視交易相關對象是否屬各國政府公佈之具出口管制高風險的個人或實體，不僅在出口或再出口時應比對出口管制實體清單，在(1)國外出口管制客戶匯款予國內廠商時，以及(2)對出口管制客戶的貨品提供服務時，也應比對。除非已通知政府並取得出口許可，否則以上各種交易一律中止。本資料集提供資料更新日期、名稱、地址(optional)、護照號碼(optional)、產製日期等欄位資料。

This list is designed to assist enterprises in screening counterparties to transactions against high-risk individuals or entities subject to export control as published by the governments of various countries. Cross-referencing with the export control entity list shall be conducted not only during export or re-export activities, but also in the following two scenarios: (1) when a foreign export-controlled customer remits funds to a domestic enterprise, and (2) when providing services for goods supplied to export-controlled customers. All such transactions shall be suspended unless prior notification to the relevant government authorities and obtained export permits have been secured. This dataset includes fields such as data update date, name, address (optional), passport number (optional), and production date.
