Lending margin of outstanding mortgage loans in Norway 2018-2023

After a sharp decrease of lending margin of outstanding mortgage loans in 2022, they peaked in February 2023. Lending margin is a concept that refers to the difference of the lending rate and the money market rate. In March 2020, the lending margin reached its highest rate since 2018 at 1.95 percent.
