The left ventricle tissue of mice underwent microarray assaying to reveal the miRNA alterations induced by SNT. Overall design: Analysis of miRNA expression was performed with total RNA extracted from left ventricle tissue samples of mice administered vehicle or sunitinib.200 ng of total RNA extracted from the myocardium was fluorescent labeled with Cyanine3-pCp using miRNA Complete Labeling and Hyb Kit. The labeled samples were then concentrated and hybridized with the Hybridization Chamber gasket slides.
