The data set shows a collection of 6-scale point scores for Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE) induce with MOG35-55 in WT C57BL6, BAFF-Tg and Plasma Cell deficient mice. We find that some PC in the CNS of mice with EAE originate in the gut and produce IgA. Removal of PB/PC resulted in exacerbated EAE that was normalized by the introduction of gut-derived IgA+ PC.
