Data for Recirculating Intestinal IgA-producing cells Regulate Neuroinflammation via IL10

The data set shows a collection of 6-scale point scores for Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE) induce with MOG35-55 in WT C57BL6, BAFF-Tg and Plasma Cell deficient mice. We find that some PC in the CNS of mice with EAE originate in the gut and produce IgA. Removal of PB/PC resulted in exacerbated EAE that was normalized by the introduction of gut-derived IgA+ PC.本数据集收录了以髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白35-55肽（MOG35-55）诱导实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis，EAE）的野生型C57BL/6、BAFF转基因（BAFF-Tg）及浆细胞缺陷型小鼠的6级临床评分数据。研究发现，罹患EAE的小鼠中枢神经系统（Central Nervous System，CNS）内的部分浆细胞起源于肠道，并可产生免疫球蛋白A（IgA）。清除外周血浆细胞（PB/PC）会加剧EAE病症，而引入肠道来源的IgA阳性浆细胞可使该异常加重的病症恢复至正常水平。
