Cross Section of the Testis (C57BL/6N - WT; DCAF12 KO) H&E

Isolated mouse testes (5-7 weeks old) were fixed for 24 h in a modified Davidson's fluid and processed by standard histological methods using an automated tissue processor (Leica). Five μm-thick sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (Ventana Symphony H&E Slide Stainer). The prepared samples were scanned using Axio Scan.Z1 slide scanner. Available are exported data (TIF), and preview (PDF). Sci. 2021, 22, 5394选取5-7周龄的离体小鼠睾丸，经改良戴维森固定液（modified Davidson's fluid）固定24小时，随后采用徕卡（Leica）全自动组织处理仪，依照标准组织学流程完成组织前处理。将组织切成厚度为5 μm的切片，使用Ventana Symphony苏木精-伊红染色仪（Ventana Symphony H&E Slide Stainer）完成苏木精-伊红（hematoxylin-eosin, H&E）染色。制备完成的样本经Axio Scan.Z1玻片扫描仪（Axio Scan.Z1 slide scanner）完成全玻片扫描。数据集包含导出的TIF格式图像数据与PDF格式预览文件。样本信息如下： 19-041与19-042：C57B6/N背景野生型（Wild Type, WT）样本； 19-088与19-089：C57B6/N背景DCAF12基因敲除（Knock Out, KO，∆ex4）样本。 相关文献引用：Lidak T, Baloghova N, Korinek V, Sedlacek R, Balounova J, Kasparek P, Cermak L.
