Physical and meteorological data from the seventy moorings of the Tropical Atmosphere/Ocean (TAO) Project in the Tropical Pacific Ocean, 1979-2002 (NODC Accession 0000727)

Physical and meteorological data were collected in the Tropical Pacific Ocean from 29 January 1979 to 03 November 2001. Data were collected by the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) from the seventy moorings of the Tropical Atmosphere/Ocean (TAO)Project. Moorings contain ADCP's, current meters, meteorological sensors, and other instruments.
