This document provides the technical implementation specifications for the Biology-Anchored Tumor Progression Classification (BATPC) framework, including FHIR resource mapping architecture, SMART-on-FHIR applet design, OMOP-CDM integration pathway, and real-world evidence (RWE) pipeline deployment guidance. BATPC proposes ten biologically coherent tumor progression phenotypes scored across five clinical domains (Anatomical, Metabolic/Functional, Immune/Microenvironment, Treatment Context, Temporal Dynamics), each scored 0–3 using deterministic decision rules.
