ZFE-m – Exceptional Ways

Exceptional routes on which the low-emissions-mobility zone (ZFE-m) rule of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg applies differently. This dataset complements that of the [ZFE-m](https://data.strasbourg.eu/explore/dataset/zfe_emprise/custom/?disjunctive.date_debut). This dataset is intended to feed the national portal [transport.data.gouv.fr](https://transport.data.gouv.fr/). It is structured according to the recommendations of [doc.transport.gouv.fr](https://doc.transport.data.gouv.fr/producteurs/zones-a-faibles-emissions#documentation). The source of geometries is the Topo IGN comic.
