Statement of capital works program 2014-15

The statement of capital works has been included in accordance with the Local Government Regulations. This statement sets out all the expected capital expenditure in relation to non-current assets for the year. It categorises capital works expenditure into renewal of assets, upgrading of assets, or creating new assets. Each of these\ncategories has a different impact on Council’s future costs.

本资本工程报表已遵照《地方政府条例》（Local Government Regulations）编制。本报表列明了本财年度内与非流动资产（non-current assets）相关的全部预计资本支出。本报表将资本工程支出划分为资产更新、资产升级与资产新建三大类别。上述每一类
支出均对市政委员会（Council）的未来成本产生不同影响。
