FTIR ATR spectra of diabetic and control samples of homogenated kidney tissues. These data were used in publication "Diabetic lipid changes determined by combined ATR-FTIR, machine learning and metabolic profiling of kidney - correlation between spectra and biochemical data". These spectra are already preprocessed. The file contains the spectra used for the figures and is named as such (Fig 1a, 1b). It also contains LC-MS data used for metabolic profiling (Fig 6a, 6b). Machine learning was performed on the data showed in the Fig "2a" and "2b".
本数据集涵盖糖尿病组与对照组匀浆化肾组织样本的衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外(ATR-FTIR)光谱数据。该数据集已被应用于论文《结合ATR-FTIR技术、机器学习与肾脏代谢组学分析探究糖尿病脂质变化——光谱与生化数据的相关性》(原文标题:"Diabetic lipid changes determined by combined ATR-FTIR, machine learning and metabolic profiling of kidney - correlation between spectra and biochemical data")。所有光谱数据均已完成预处理。本文件包含用于制作图1a、图1b的光谱数据,文件命名与对应图表相符。此外,文件中还包含用于代谢组学分析的液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)数据,对应图6a、图6b。本数据集已针对图2a、图2b中的数据开展机器学习分析。
