Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F18 (ETEC F18), as one of the major pathogenic microbe that results in post-weaning diarrhoea. In general, the intestinal porcine epithelial cell (IPEC-J2) can be used as the efficient cell model to study the molecular mechanism of host anti-E. coli F18 pathogen. Here, we performed a comparative transcriptome analysis between E. coli F18-induced IPEC-J2 and normal IPEC-J2 cells.
