资源简介:
This dataset was generated at CERVO Brain Research Centre to investigate the functional connectivity of the larval zebrafish brain. It comprises whole-brain calcium imaging data collected from 5-7 days post-fertilization (dpf) transgenic larval zebrafish expressing a nuclear-localized pan-neuronal calcium indicator Tg(elavl3:H2B-GCaMP6s), as well as synchronized tail movement recordings. Using a Scientifica SliceScope resonant two-photon microscope and a piezo-driven 16x water-dipping objective, we imaged neuronal activity across 21 planes approximately 12 microns apart. The larvae were embedded in agarose, and neuronal activity was recorded either spontaneously or while delivering visual stimuli (dark/light periods) and simultaneously capturing tail movement at 399.75 frames per second using infrared illumination and a high-speed camera positioned below the imaging chamber. The files and their contents are described in a README.txt file located within the repository.
