Files related to the publication "Anthropogenic fire reduces migratory bird abundance, diversity and body mass gain at a stopover site". Included are R scripts used to model effects of fire on number of birds and species diversity as well as to model fire effects on stopover duration and changes in body mass, fat and muscle scores of indviduals recaptured. Furthermore, original data on all individuals captured and re-captured within the study are provided.
