The fecal microbiota of 62 postmenopausal breast cancer patients (ER+ and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative) before and during tamoxifen treatment. Paired-end MiSeq sequencing of amplicons of 16S V4 region (515F and 806R primers). This study investigated the effects of tamoxifen on gut microbiota composition and explored correlations between gut microbiota and endoxifen plasma levels.
