RNA sequencing of ten chicken embryo tissues in comparison to proteome mass spectrometry. Chicken embryo RNAseq

We sequenced total mRNA from five male and five female chicken embryos for ten different tissues. The same samples were run through a tandem mass spectrometre for proteome quantification. The study aims at comparing RNA and protein levels and making inferences about gene expression regulation at the translation level.
