Supplementary Figure 1, (d) of the paper Feedback regulation through myosin II confers robustness on RhoA signalling at E-cadherin junctions

Spinning disk confocal images were taken on MCF-7 cells expressing the F-actin marker RFP-UtrCH and GFP-tagged
AHPH, AHPH+C3-T (C3 Transferase ,1 μg/ml; 3 hours), Δ AH, AHPHC2mut,
AHPHA740D, AHPHE758K and AHPHA740D E758K. Images were acquired as Z-stacks and the plane corresponding to the apical zonula adherens is shown in the figure.

本数据集的图像为转盘共聚焦显微镜拍摄的MCF-7细胞图像，所有受试MCF-7细胞均表达F肌动蛋白（F-actin）标记物RFP-UtrCH，并分别携带以下遗传修饰或药物处理条件：仅表达GFP标记的AHPH、表达AHPH并经C3转移酶（C3 Transferase，1μg/ml，处理3小时）处理、表达ΔAH突变体、表达AHPHC2mut突变体、表达AHPHA740D突变体、表达AHPHE758K突变体以及表达AHPHA740D E758K双突变体。所有图像均以Z堆叠（Z-stack）方式采集，图中展示的成像层面对应顶侧粘着小带（apical zonula adherens）。
