资源简介:

The digital transformation in education has significantly accelerated the adoption of e-learning as a flexible and accessible alternative, with Skill Academy emerging as one of the most prominent non-degree platforms in Indonesia. Despite its popularity and its role as a key partner of the Pre-Employment Card program, the platform’s actual usage has not kept pace with its level of recognition. Guided by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study investigates the effects of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) on intention to use (ITU), while examining digital literacy (DL) as a potential moderating variable. Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, a purposive sampling approach was applied, with a minimum sample size of 180 respondents determined by the “10-times rule.” Data were gathered through an online survey distributed social media, online learning communities and self-development forums. The analysis was conducted using SmartPLS, involving validity, reliability, path analysis, moderation, and bootstrapping tests. The findings indicate that PU, PEOU, and DL significantly influence ITU, and that PEOU also positively affects PU. However, moderation testing revealed that DL does not moderate the relationship between PU or PEOU and ITU, although it directly increases the intention to use.
