This study aims to investigate the differential expression patterns of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and small RNAs (sRNAs) in human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) before and after angiogenic induction. Using high-throughput sequencing, we characterized the transcriptomic profiles of:3 replicates of healthy DPSCs (control group)3 replicates of DPSCs after 7-day angiogenic induction (treatment group)The data will provide insights into:Regulatory networks of lncRNAs/sRNAs during DPSCs angiogenesisPotential biomarkers for monitoring DPSCs differentiationNovel therapeutic targets for dental pulp regeneration
