Andalusia Mining Grid
收藏资源简介:
Article 75 of Law 22/1973 of 21 July 1973 and the General Regulation for the Mining Regime, approved by Royal Decree 2857/1978 of 25 August 1978, in Article 98, defines the mining grid as the volume of indefinite depth whose surface base is between two parallels and two meridians, the separation of which is twenty sexagesimal seconds, which must coincide with whole grades and minutes and, where appropriate, with a number of seconds that must necessarily be twenty or forty. It shall be indivisible, with the exception of the cases of too much referred to in the Seventh Transitional Provision and of surfaces which, not completing a grid, extend from one side by extension of meridians or parallels, to lines bordering the national territory and territorial waters. Mining grids whose surface area exceeds the border lines of the national territory, territorial sea and continental shelf, shall be reduced in the part that exceeds those limits. The Mining Service has created a layer of information that collects the grids that are inside the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
