Italy: areas of improvement workplace diversity and inclusion policies 2016

According to the data, some 36 percent of respondents stated that their companies should apply policies to promote age diversity in the workplace. Other suggested areas of improvement were gender and racial equality (35 and 27 percent of respondents, respectively).
