Kruppel-like factor 4 (GKLF) is rapidly and transiently increased by luteinizing hormone (LH) surge in the ovary. KLF4 inhibited Cyp19a1 expression most likely through interaction to the SF1 binding motif of Cyp19a1 promoter in periovulatory granulosa cells.Kruppel样转录因子4（Kruppel-like factor 4，GKLF）的表达可被卵巢内的黄体生成素（LH）峰快速且短暂地上调。KLF4极有可能通过结合围排卵期颗粒细胞中Cyp19a1启动子的类固醇生成因子1（SF1）结合基序，抑制Cyp19a1的表达。
