Historical Imagery 1998 [Black & White]

Access APIHistorical Imagery 1998 [Black\nand White]\n\nCurrent and\nhistoric imagery form an important part of the NSW Foundation Spatial Data\nFramework and provide a valuable resource which is widely accessed by\ngovernment and the broader community on a daily basis. As the completeness of\nthis data base continues, its market demand also increases across a broad range\nof applications.\n\nSpatial Services\naerial imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the\nWild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal\nlengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm. Images were captured in monochrome or colour\nduring this period at a range of scales. Capture scales ranged from 1:5 000 to\n1:80 000.\n\nThe Historical Air\nPhoto Enhancement program (HAPE) not only allows the capability to search,\ndiscover and use source imagery, but also provides the delivery and viewing of\nenhanced historic rectified imagery mosaics. 1998年黑白历史影像访问API

当前与历史影像均为新南威尔士州（New South Wales，简称NSW）基础空间数据框架（Foundation Spatial Data Framework，FSDF）的重要组成部分，作为极具价值的核心资源，每日被政府机构及广大社会公众广泛访问。随着该数据库的完备性持续提升，其在多类应用场景中的市场需求也不断增长。

本次空间服务所涉及的航空影像，最初采用多款专业相机拍摄，包括Wild RC-5、RC-10及徕卡（Leica）RC-30相机，搭配焦距分别为88mm、153mm与304mm的多种镜头。该批次影像涵盖单色与彩色两种模式，拍摄比例尺覆盖1:5000至1:80000区间。

历史航空影像增强项目（Historical Air Photo Enhancement Program，简称HAPE）不仅支持源影像的检索、发现与使用，还可提供经过增强处理的历史正射影像镶嵌图的交付与查看服务。这一全新功能使得广大社会公众如今能够便捷访问并利用空间位置精准的历史影像，具体获取方式如下：
1. 通过历史影像查看器访问
2. 以Web地图瓦片服务（Web Map Tile Service，简称WMTS）的形式，直接接入各类GIS制图应用程序，操作说明详见下文
3. 直接订购JP2格式影像镶嵌图并本地使用，可通过客户中心（Customer Hub）联系我方获取支持。

精度评估
采用5km×5km网格对每幅镶嵌图的位置精度开展评估，目标为10万比例尺地图图幅中95%的区域位置精度达到±20米。本次镶嵌图的位置精度以1:10000比例尺为基准，采用ADS 50cm分辨率影像进行核验。
