Transverse quantum-state characterization of programmable electron optics: 4D-STEM datasets and mixed-state reconstructions (Part 2 of 2)

Part 2 of 2. Data supporting "Transverse quantum-state characterization of programmable electron optics." This part contains 11 of the 21 descan-corrected 4D-STEM datasets (stems 0015, 0017, 0018, 0021, 0022, 0023, 0025, 0030, 0032, 0034, 0035). The other 10 datasets, PLUS all reconstructions (.npz), the DATA_MANIFEST.md, and CHECKSUMS.md5, are in Part 1 of 2 (see related identifiers). 4D-STEM datasets are HDF5: dataset 'data' of shape (256, 256, 192, 192) float16 (256x256 scan x 192x192 detector), plus 'com_fitted' and mean diffraction patterns.
