Groundwater Zones - Groundwater for the Middle Ruamahanga 0 to 20m Tables 7.3 7.5

Chapter 7 (Ruamahanga Whaitua) contains a policy (R.P2) and rules (R.R1-R.R3) for rivers, and groundwater allocation that are mapped in Figure 7.5 of the Plan for the middle Ruamahanga catchment. This feature class and its companion layers show rivers and groundwater to a depth of 20 meters in the middle Ruamahanga catchment with allocation amounts given in Tables 7.1-7.3 in Rule R.R1. Policy R.P2 sets out criteria for identifying allocation amounts. The rationale for allocation amounts with the relevant numerical limits are discussed in the following report: Thompson, M.
