Compelling number of patients with large B cell lymphoma (LBCL) experience relapse or refractoriness to the treatment. We hypothesized that the combination of Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor and lenalidomide would show satisfying efficacy with tolerable toxicity profile in aggressive B-cell lymphoma. For targeted tumor NGS analysis, pretreatment tumor tissues were obtained from enrolled patients
