Virtual-Thread Opt-In in Open-Source Spring Boot: Data and Code Replication Package

Data and code replication package for 'Virtual-Thread Opt-In in Open-Source Spring Boot: A Repository Mining Study of Spring Boot 3.2+ Adoption (November 2023 - April 2026)' by Shaoor Jan, under submission to PeerJ Computer Science. The manuscript itself is handled by PeerJ CS and is not included in this deposit. This package contains only the data and code needed to re-derive every number, table, and figure in the paper: the sealed SEART CSV export (SHA-256 f1cb9d2c654f43cf372d4e15b9940fff7779c3fa8a20480c01a675fa513a8002, 25,908 rows), per-project result CSV (25,212 rows) with its own SHA-256, 96-repository hand-labeled construct-validation sample with precision 0.935 / recall 1.000 / F1 0.966 and a Clopper-Pearson 95% CI on recall of [0.918, 1.000], full mining pipeline source, analysis notebook, tests, and both primary and sensitivity Kaplan-Meier figures. Re-running the analysis notebook against the frozen results CSV regenerates every number and figure in the paper.
