To investigate the transcriptional effects of ozonated olive oil, we performed a comprehensive gene expression analysis of B16F10 murine melanoma cells treated with either ozonated olive oil or olive oil as a control. Overall design: B16F10 cells were treated with olive oil or ozonated olive oil for 6 h and gene expression profile was analyzed by NGS.
