在节能降耗的背景下,电机能效是电机性能的重要参数,针对电机各项损耗进行测量,并将之与测量效率容差的方法进行比较分析,通过国家标准,进而确定在具体的电机能效测量中应遵循的评判准则,为三相异步电动机更科学合理地提供依据和参考。检测电机在额定状态下运行的各项参数,包括输入功率P1、铁耗Pfe、机械耗Pfw、定子在规定温度下的铜耗PCU1、转子在规定温度下的铜耗PCU2、负载杂散损耗PS,在通过损耗分析法计算能效值。电机效率=(P1-Pfe-Pfw-PCU1-PCU2)/P1。算法根据三相异步电动机产品能效性能测量方法和测量程序建立数学模型,确定被测量(输出量)与其它量(输入量)P1、Pfe、Pfw、PCU1、PCU2之间的函数关系,测量结果将取决于输入量P1、Pfe、Pfw、PCU1、PCU2,形成最终的电机效率。
Against the backdrop of energy conservation and consumption reduction, motor energy efficiency is a critical parameter for motor performance. This work measures various losses of motors, compares and analyzes them against measurement efficiency tolerance methods, and references national standards to determine the evaluation criteria that should be followed in specific motor energy efficiency measurements, providing scientific and reasonable basis and reference for three-phase asynchronous motors. It detects various parameters of motors operating under rated conditions, including input power P1, iron loss Pfe, mechanical loss Pfw, stator copper loss PCU1 at a specified temperature, rotor copper loss PCU2 at a specified temperature, and stray load loss PS, and calculates the energy efficiency value via the loss analysis method. The motor efficiency is calculated as (P1 - Pfe - Pfw - PCU1 - PCU2)/P1. The algorithm establishes a mathematical model based on the measurement methods and procedures for the energy efficiency performance of three-phase asynchronous motor products, determines the functional relationship between the measured quantity (output quantity) and other quantities (input quantities) P1, Pfe, Pfw, PCU1, PCU2, where the measurement results depend on these input quantities to derive the final motor efficiency.
