Friches in zones of economic activity - 2023

Carrying out an inventory of brownfield sites in AEZs by the Network of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur CCIs under the SUD Foncier eco agreement with the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. This work aimed to validate and invalidate the brownfields present in Cartofriches and to feed through the analysis of existing databases (BASIAS and BASOL), the field knowledge and expert say of the network of CCI Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Creation of a regional database of brownfield sites, with the aim of identifying land deposits already artificialised in the Zone d’Activité Economique (ZAE) to be mobilised and exploited in order to contribute to the Zero Net Artificialisation trajectory and to the economic development of the territory. This work was carried out at the level of the AEZs of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and is not intended to be exhaustive.
