Data and code for: "Interpretability and Explainability in Systematic Conservation Planning: A Scoping Review with Implications for Antarctica"

This repository contains the scored dataset and analysis code accompanying the manuscript "Interpretability and Explainability in Systematic Conservation Planning: A Scoping Review with Implications for Antarctica" (submitted to Biological Conservation). It includes the scoring database for 279 systematic conservation planning case studies (Table_S9_CANONICAL.csv/.xlsx), a second coder's independent scoring of a 30-study subsample used for the inter-rater reliability analysis (Scores_MA.csv), and an R script (analysis.R) that reproduces every statistic and figure reported in the manuscript, including the reliability calculation.
