Barcode sequencing of pools of an ordered library of transposon insertion strains of Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron VPI-5482

Barcode sequencing data for 60 pools of a 40 96-well plate ordered library of transposon insertion strains of Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. The goal of this work is to generate a large-scale ordered mutant library of B. theta as a resource. This work was also a test case for the development of tools to create genome-wide ordered mutant libraries of anaerobic bacteria that are relevant to human health.
