3.4 micron Background MCMC Posterior Chains

Extragalactic background light (EBL) at 3.4 microns from galaxies as predicted using the mean spectral energy distribution (SED) of galaxies measured in Lake and Wright (2016, DOI: 10.21105/astro.1603.0729) and the luminosity function (LF) Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) posterior chains from Lake et al. (2018b). The LF posterior chains are available from Figshare under DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.4109625 . The first two columns are indices that match the LF posterior chains. The third column is the background from galaxies at redshifts closer than z=1 and the fourth column is the prediction from the same parameters closer than z=5, all in kilo-Janskies per steradian.
