In this study, we generated the T2T gap-free genome sequence of 'Dangshansuli' and 'Conference', by incorporating PacBio HiFi reads, Nanopore ultra-long reads, and high throughput chromatin conformation capture (Hi-C) paired reads. These genomic data can be valuable resource for comparative or functional genomic study and pear breeding.
