Thalassina anomala isolate:MZU/I/161 Raw sequence reads

This project aims to conduct genome skimming sequencing to recover the mitochondrial genome of the Sarawak mud lobster, Thalassina anomala. In addition, the study will identify putative microsatellite markers, supporting future population genetics studies and enhancing insights into the species' genetic diversity and structure.
