Comparative transcriptomics of CanDef-20 fed Helicoverpa armigera

The analysis was carried out to decipher the effect of defensin peptide (CanDef-20) ingestion on the insect pest H. armigera. Recombinant CanDef-20 was fed to H. armigera larvae. EV derived proteins were fed to the larvae and that set was treated as control. These two sets were used for the comparative transcriptomics analysis.本分析旨在解析防御素肽（defensin peptide，CanDef-20）取食对害虫棉铃虫（H. armigera）的影响。将重组型CanDef-20投喂给棉铃虫幼虫，以空载体（empty vector，EV）衍生的蛋白投喂的幼虫组设为对照组，上述两个组别均用于比较转录组学分析。
