Workplace Equity Survey

We sought to understand and document with data the workplace experience and perceptions of people who work in the scholarly publishing industry. This includes publishers (commercial, society, university, nonprofit) and publishing services providers (commercial and nonprofit).本研究旨在依托数据，理解并记录学术出版行业从业者的职场体验与认知观念。该行业从业者所供职的机构包括两类：一是出版商，涵盖商业出版商、学会出版商、大学出版商及非营利性出版商；二是出版服务提供商，包含商业性与非营利性两类。
