Each site consists of 4 piezometers and 1 freatimentro or 2-3 piezometers in newly installed sites. These instruments allow the measurements of the surface aquifer, ie the groundwater level that is found in the first 2-3 meters from the surface. There are currently 124 stations in operation. The dataset concerns only the locations of the stations.The reading data must be requested from the Canale Emiliano Romagnolo, which manages the surface aquifer network on behalf of the Emilia-Romagna Region
